Kathy and Jameson brought all my horse girl dreams to their photoshoot. With goregous gowns (psst ladies, just go for it!) and a handsome horse I was thrilled to capture these two. The connection they share was so obvious as the gentle boy posed with his person. Initially we were hoping for a grassy field shoot but when it became obvious Mr Jameson was feeling he was at the buffet we opted for a less appetizing setting to encourage his cooperation. In the end we ended up with a gallery of stunning images to choose from featuring 3 different stunning dresses.
Horse and rider session
Every trainer has a horse that shapes them. For Sam, that horse is his heart horse — the one that taught him patience, grit, and the value of trust.
This session was about capturing the start of something new. Alongside his heart horse, Sam brought out his mustang makeover project — a horse that represents where he’s headed as a trainer.
These images mark the start of Sam’s journey into the world of horse training — a moment to look back on as he grows, learns, and builds a future training with heart and purpose.

Working with this incredible Mustang and his devoted human, Nikki, was truly special. We chose to do the session right at their boarding facility so he could feel safe and relaxed in a familiar space—and it made all the difference. The connection between them was undeniable, and the calm energy of the setting allowed us to capture some absolutely breathtaking moments that spoke volumes without a single word.

1. Say Hello
During our brief phone call, I'll gather valuable information to tailor the session to your goals. We'll discuss potential locations for your photoshoot, explore the looks you're aiming for, and secure a suitable date. Once I've collected these details, I'll provide you with a more accurate estimate of your financial investment. Every client is unique, and how much you spend is completely up to you & your specific preferences for the final products you envision adorning your walls.
2. The phone consult
We'll hop on a quick Zoom call to finalize all the details for your session. During our call, I'll assist you in selecting outfits that complement your vision while ensuring they'll look stunning alongside your equine companion. We'll confirm the location and time of the shoot, and I'll provide some helpful tips tailored to ensure the cooperation of both your horse to make sure it enjoys the session as well. Ill make sure everything is perfectly aligned for a memorable and beautiful photoshoot with you and your horse!
3. Planning it
The fun part! I'll be there with you every step of the way to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. From ensuring your outfits look fantastic in each shot to ensuring your horse is relaxed and engaged, I'll take care of every detail. I'll expertly direct and pose both you and your horse, to be sure we capture all the shots that align with the goals you've set for your photoshoot. I cant wait to create stunning pieces of art for your walls!
4. Your Session
We'll schedule a Zoom meeting approximately 2 weeks after your equine portrait session. During this virtual meeting, I'll present a slideshow featuring all of your images. Together, we'll select your favorites and discuss any specific preferences you have. Then, I'll create mock-ups of different layout options using images of your own walls, allowing you to visualize exactly how your portraits will look in your home.
Once we've finalized the design, your custom wall art will be delivered straight to your door, ready to hang! Simply place it on your wall, sit back, and relish in the beauty of your new family heirloom.
